Delivery
1. Any date or period for delivery will be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to fulfil all orders within 28 days; items weighing more than 25 kilogrammes might take longer to deliver. Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you, as soon as possible, when received from our suppliers. We cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by our suppliers, or any other third party.
2. Most products are sent by courier, which must be signed for upon receipt. Unless we agree otherwise, deliveries will only be made to the address of the person who is the holder of the credit or debit card used to purchase the products. Small items may be sent by 1st class post.
3. You bear the risk once the products have been signed for.
Returns Procedure
1. If products are to be rejected or your order is to be cancelled pursuant , you will comply with the returns procedure as set out. In such circumstances we will accept any returned products should the return be complete and with a valid proof of purchase and in the case of an order which you wish to cancel, should the return be in a re-saleable condition.
2. You can contact us in person or by post, fascimile, telephone, or email at the address or number (as the case may be) set out at the end of these terms and conditions with details of your original order number and receipt. Subject to the provisions of paragraph 5, your credit or debit card will then be debited with the cost of the return delivery charge being GBP3.95 per returned parcel.
3. Alternatively you can return your purchase to us via your local Post Office. If you decide to use your local Post Office, please ensure the Post Office provides you with a proof of posting.
4. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price and the delivery charge which will be credited to your credit card. Refunds on debit card transactions will be by cheque. Faulty or damaged products must be returned before the refund can be issued.
5. In cases where the rejection or cancellation is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, you will not be responsible for the return delivery charge referred to in paragraph 2. When the return arrives back at our office it will be assessed and should it be concluded that the products are faulty or that there was a discrepancy in the order, the return delivery charge will be credited back to you.
